How do I enroll in a course?

To explore and get access to our full list of courses, please visit our Courses page.

How to enroll:

1. Choose a course you are interested in and click on it: You will be automatically redirected to the course homepage.
2. Click on the "Enroll Now" button: This is located just below the course description. Once clicked, you’ll be instantly enrolled and gain access to the course player.

Please note that, if a course displays the "Express your Interest" button, it means that the course is currently unavailable, and we are keep gathering expressions of interest for us to be able to provide a new edition in the near future. In those cases, we suggest to keep an eye open on our website and sign up for our Newsletter to receive notifications about upcoming enrollment phases and other useful information.

How can I enter a course?

Please follow these few steps to access any course you are already enrolled into:

1. Log in into the platform. You will be automatically directed to your profile page.
2. Click on the "My Profile" button: You can find it in the very first section of the page, close to your name. Once there, you will be able to see all the courses you are enrolled into under "Courses".
3. Select the course you would like to access: You will be directed to the course main page.
4. Click on the "Continue" button: You can find it below the course description; click it to access the course player and start your learning journey.
5. Another way to access the course player: Scroll down the course homepage until you reach a yellow section called "Course Lessons". Click on the first learning activity (FAQs) and start from there.

Remember: you need to log in to your account with the username and password you have created when registering into this platform. You can also use your social accounts (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Google account) to register, so please make sure you enter with the correct account. otherwise access will be denied.

How do I move between sections in a course?

To successfully navigate the courses, ensure you complete all materials in the current section, as each build on the previous one. Once you are confident with the content, access the next section through the specific course menu. If you find any concepts challenging, revisit the prior section to reinforce your understanding before advancing.

This strategy will enhance your learning experience and prepare you for upcoming topics. Most of the sections of this course work as a pre-requisite, hence you cannot advance if you do not finalize the activities requested (e.g. watch videos, complete exams, etc.). 

How do badges work (at school level)? 

Badges recognize your achievements and boost participation and networking within our community. You can share your badges with our community, posting your achievement in any specific course forums. Here’s a quick overview of the badges you can earn and their requirements.

: Make 10 social actions in 1 month.
Appreciated
: Receive 30 likes from others.
The Archiver
: Create 30 favorites.
Civic Duty
: Answer 5 polls.
Commentator
: Create 20 comments.
Core Community Member
: Share 10 posts/comments with 3+ likes each.
Extrovert
: Create 20 posts.
Golden Community Member
: Share 20 posts/comments with 5+ upvotes each.
Mentor
: Have 30 followers.

How to get the leaderboard overview?

The leaderboard shows your standing compared to peers based on badge achievements and activity points. To climb the leaderboard:
1. Complete badge-related activities.
2. Engage consistently through posts and comments.
3. Focus on quality interactions for more likes and upvotes. 

How do I get a certification?

Every course we offer is thoughtfully designed to deliver high-quality, accessible knowledge to anyone, anywhere, completely free of charge. The same goes for our certifications: they are always free, as we believe that learning should be a right, not a privilege.

To download the certificate of completion for any of our course, you have to pass all the quizzes, final exam (when included) and the post-assessment survey. Under each course FAQs section, you will find specific passing requirements (e.g., minimum passing grade and number of attempts). After completion, you will be able to download your Certificate. Please remember to download it before the closing time of the course, as it cannot be retrieved later in the process.

How do I navigate the discussion forum? 

Getting started:
-Find the discussion forum under the specific course section.

Uploading files:
-Click the Upload Button: Look for the upload icon in the post area.
-Choose Your File: Select a supported file type from your device.
-Add Description: Briefly explain the content you are sharing.
-Post the File: Click "Share" to share it with the class. 

Answering questions
-Find a Question: Browse threads to locate questions of interest.
-Read Existing Responses: Familiarize yourself with the discussion before replying.
-Reply: Click "Reply," write your answer, and click the send button to contribute. 

Creating polls:-
-Access Poll Creation: Find the "Create Poll" option.
-Enter Question and Options: Write a clear question and provide answer choices.
-Set Parameters: Decide if multiple selections are allowed.
-Publish: Click "Create" to make the poll live

Do I lose access to a course once it ends?

All users enjoy unlimited access to our courses: While most courses have a deadline for earning certificates (with the exception of those available year-round), access to the courses content remains available indefinitely. Trainees can continue to revisit the materials even after the courses end, whether to review lessons, re-watch or re-listen to sessions, or engage with peers through the discussion forums.
